Dear new FEM (Faculty of Economics and Management) student,

Congratulations on your admission!

After receiving your admission letter, there are so many things to take care of: visa, blocked account, enrollment, accommodation, etc.

Luckily, we have friendly students ready to help you out during your first steps in Magdeburg. They offer support with administrative, and study program matters and are ready to lend you a hand.

Through the mandatory introduction program, we will introduce you to the study life and student network. SIMP-SON, our traditional buddy program, aims  creating a global and warm atmosphere throughout our international classes and within the faculty.

We organize social gatherings, educational events, and activities to ensure that you enjoy your time in Magdeburg and develop an international network for your future career.

Mark your schedule:
Arrive: September 30th (winter term) +  March 30th (summer term).
Prep. class: IBE Math in English + Intercultural Classes: 26/09 - 30/09
Registration language classes: 02/04/24, 9 am (BSc in IBE second foreign language) . All registrations goes on a waiting list. Put your name only in ONE waiting list
Official holiday in Germany (03/10) + Easter holidays (29./03. - 01/04.  Shops, offices are closed on holidays!

Registration to the examinations: 15/11 + 15/05 (strict deadline)
